Travel support for US Oberwolfach Junior Fellows paused
NSF currently conducts a comprehensive review of their financial assistance programs to determine programs, projects and activities that may be implicated by the recent executive orders of the president of the USA. Therefore, the support by the grant DMS-2230648 (US Oberwolfach Junior Fellows) needs to be paused until the review is completed.
For early career researchers from US american research institutions who will participate in one of the MFO programs during the next two weeks (i.e. until 14 February 2025) and who already have been approved for the grant and booked their flight we currently try to find an alternative fund. Unfortunately, funding cannot be guaranteed for the following weeks. We kindly ask for your understanding.
