Predatory Open Access Publishers
The following criteria can be indicators of the legitimacy of open access publishers and journals:
- The journal is listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
- The publisher is a member of OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association)
- The publisher is a member of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics)
