Leibniz Network MMS
As a member of the Leibniz Association, the MFO participates in the Leibniz network Mathematical Modelling and Simulation (MMS). The MMS field of research is present in many activities at Oberwolfach. Chronological lists of week-long activities which are related to MMS can be found here:

In 2018 and 2019 the MFO also hosted the Leibniz MMS Summerschool for junior scientists from the institutes of the Leibniz Association.

Moreover, the publication series Oberwolfach Snapshots, Oberwolfach Preprints and Oberwolfach Seminars of the MFO contain many publications in research topics related to MMS.
